Rose water and strawberry milkshake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, hulled and quartered, to serve
- 3 cups Strawberries, hulled and halved
- To serve rose petals
- 3 tsp rose water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup full cream milk
