Sour milk pancakes

Ingredients
- 120 g cake flour
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- butter, for frying

Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, sieve the dry ingredients together.
- Separately, beat the milk, eggs and oil together until well combined.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
- Heat a large non-stick, frying pan over medium heat. Add a small knob of butter to grease the pan. Ladle ¼ cup of the batter into the pan to male a 10-12cm pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles appear. Flip the pancake and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with the toppings of your choice.
