Ingredients
- 900 g classic christmas pudding
- 1 litre brandy custard
- preserved peaches
- icing sugar, for dusting
- 1 stollen
- 50 g Dark chocolate, chopped and melted

Cooking Instructions
1. Microwave the Christmas pudding until warm.
2. Smother with 1 litre brandy custard, top with preserved peaches and dust with icing sugar.
3. Serve with slices of Stollen and an assortment of dark chocolates.
4. To make the brandy custard: add 60 ml of brandy to every 2 cups of custard, or use 1 t brandy essence..
