Pink pepper-and-pecan praline

Ingredients
- camembert
- 100 g pecan nuts, chopped
- 200 g Canola oil
- a good pinch pink peppercorns

Cooking Instructions
- Melt 200 g sugar in a pan until golden brown, then pour onto baking paper to make a thin disc of caramel.
- Sprinkle with 100 g chopped pecan nuts and a good pinch of crushed pink peppercorns while still hot, then allow to cool completely to set.
- Crush over ripe Camembert to serve.
