Lime honey pork
Ingredients
- to serve baby bok choy
- 1/4 cup Sweet Indonesian Soy Sauce
- 4 pork neck steaks
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 star anise
- 1x4 cm ginger piece, finely chopped
- olive oil

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium-high heat.
- Add the pork steaks and cook, turning occasionally for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Add the ginger, garlic, star anise, soy sauce, Sweet Indonesian Soy Sauce, honey and lime juice to the pan and bring to the boil over a high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Please the pork steaks back in the pan, turning to coat them in sauce.
- Serve the pork with the sauce, sauteed bok choy and lime slices.
