Strawberry and champagne soup

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gin
- 20 green peppercorns
- 4 leaves fresh mint
- 2/5 cup cream
- 150 g castor sugar
- 4/5 cup Villiera MCC brut
- 700 g strawberries

Cooking Instructions
Liquidise strawberries with sparkling wine. Add castor sugar. Whip cream till soft peaks form, then add the gin. Pour soup into soup bowls. Swirl in the cream and top with the mint and peppercorns.
