Spiced caramel hot chocolate

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate, melted
- 1-2 tots brandy or amarula
- cinnamon, dusted
- 360 g Caramel Treat
- 1,5 L milk
- 2 star anise

Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, suspended over a saucepan of water on a medium to low heat, melt the dark chocolate. Pour into a clean saucepan over a low heat and add anise and a dusting of cinnamon.
- Slowly add milk and brandy or Amarula, if desired. Spoon a dollop of Nestle Caramel Treat into four glasses and top up with the hot chocolate.
