Spiced caramel hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1-2 tots brandy or amarula
  • cinnamon, dusted
  • 360 g Caramel Treat
  • 1,5 L milk
  • 2 star anise

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, suspended over a saucepan of water on a medium to low heat, melt the dark chocolate. Pour into a clean saucepan over a low heat and add anise and a dusting of cinnamon.
  2. Slowly add milk and brandy or Amarula, if desired. Spoon a dollop of Nestle Caramel Treat into four glasses and top up with the hot chocolate.
