Nut butter bombs
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tbsp Woolworths dessicated coconut
- 2 tbsp Woolworths almond nut butter spread
- 100 g Woolworths luxury tree nuts
- 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
- 2 tbsp Woolworths almond nut butter spread
- 100 g Woolworths luxury tree nuts

Cooking Instructions
- Add the nuts to a blender along with the almond nut butter and it smooth a paste. For the cocoa nut butter bombs: add the cocoa and blend through. Shape small balls of the mixture before rolling in extra cocoa to coat.
- For the coconut nut butter bombs, repeat the process but instead of adding the cocoa add the coconut instead before blending then roll in more coconut to coat.
- Store the nut butter bombs in the fridge or freezer.
