Gran’s classic custard cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp custard powder
  • 140 g flour
  • icing sugar, for dusting
  • butter, melted

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and icing sugar, then sift in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Either pipe the mixture onto a greased baking tray or roll into balls and flatten slightly using a fork.
  3. Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
