Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 g Chicken mini breast fillets
- Creamy harissa & olive cook-in sauce
- Mediterranean-flavoured couscous

Cooking Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add skinless chicken mini breast fillets and saute for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown.
- Add the creamy harissa and olive cook-in sauce, reduce the heat and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Mediterranean-flavoured couscous as per pack instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked, serve with couscous and enjoy.
