Chai iced tea and coconut granita

Ingredients
- toasted coconut, shavings, to serve
- 500 ml chai flavoured rooibos brewed iced tea
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tin coconut milk

Cooking Instructions
- Place the coconut milk, cinnamon stick, star anise and orange zest into a pot, then bring to the boil.
- Remove from the heat, the leave to steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the spices, then stir in the condensed milk and brewed ice tea.
- Pour into a rectangular freezer-safe dish, then freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Using a fork, scrape along the surface of the granite to make shards.
- Serve in little cups topped with toasted coconut shavings.
