Coconut, mango and pineapple smoothies

Ingredients

  • oranges
  • 3 cups Vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 cups Fresh mango (or oranges), peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups Pineapple, peeled, core removed and chopped
  • to serve fresh mint leaves
  • 400 ml coconut milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into 6 glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
  3. If preferred, chill for an hour before serving.
Use oranges if you can't find mangoes.
