Coconut, mango and pineapple smoothies

Ingredients
- oranges
- 3 cups Vanilla yoghurt
- 3 cups Fresh mango (or oranges), peeled and sliced
- 3 cups Pineapple, peeled, core removed and chopped
- to serve fresh mint leaves
- 400 ml coconut milk

Cooking Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into 6 glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
- If preferred, chill for an hour before serving.
