Ingredients
- 8 fresh dates, halved
- 3 fresh figs,halved and served fresh or roasted
- 40 g raisins
- 300 g fat free Bulgarian yoghurt
- 25 ml lemon juice
- fruit juice
- 250 g raw almonds, finely pulsed

Cooking Instructions
- Divide the fruit between two bowls.
- Top each serving with a dollop of lemon yoghurt, drizzle with fruit juice and sprinkle with almonds.
