Nutty fruity breakfast

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh dates, halved
  • 3 fresh figs,halved and served fresh or roasted
  • 40 g raisins
  • 300 g fat free Bulgarian yoghurt
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • fruit juice
  • 250 g raw almonds, finely pulsed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Divide the fruit between two bowls. 
  2. Top each serving with a dollop of lemon yoghurt, drizzle with fruit juice and sprinkle with almonds.
