Mascarpone & berry tart

Super easy to make, this simple tart is ideal for a late night snack- or unexpected guests in need of a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 500 g puff pastry
  • mascarpone, for serving
  • 82 g brown or treacle sugar
  • 250 g strawberries, chopped
  • fresh raspberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the puff pastry on a non-stick baking tray and spread with the mascarpone.
  2. Sprinkle the treacle sugar over the mascarpone and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden.
  3. Place the strawberries and raspberries on the tart before serving.
