- 6 Woolworths fish cakes
- 6 Heat & Eat Portuguese rolls
- 40 g coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 cup Extremely creamy mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions
- Blend 6 T mayonnaise, 1 T fresh grated ginger, 30 g coriander and season to taste.
- Spread on toasted rolls and top with Woolworths fish cakes cooked according to package instructions, sliced red onions and shaved spring onions.
