Ingredients
- 1 tsp crushed garlic & ginger
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 8 g fresh coriander, chopped
- 4 tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Wild blossom honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 180 g Woolworths crunchy veg with shredded chicken salad
- 100 g vermicelli rice noodles

Cooking Instructions
- Place the noodles into a bowl, then cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 5 minutes, before draining.
- Place the cooked noodles into a bowl along with the crunchy veg and shredded chicken salad and the toasted sesame seeds.
- In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, mint, coriander, chilli, sesame oil and fish sauce then pour over the salad and toss well.
