Chicken, crunchy veg

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp crushed garlic & ginger
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 8 g fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4 tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Wild blossom honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 180 g Woolworths crunchy veg with shredded chicken salad
  • 100 g vermicelli rice noodles

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the noodles into a bowl, then cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 5 minutes, before draining.
  2. Place the cooked noodles into a bowl along with the crunchy veg and shredded chicken salad and the toasted sesame seeds.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, mint, coriander, chilli, sesame oil and fish sauce then pour over the salad and toss well.
