FAQs
What if my order includes food AND fashion, home and/or beauty?
If you choose for both your orders to be delivered at the same time, you will only be charged one delivery fee. The amount will depend on the delivery option you’ve chosen.
Is Standard delivery available in my area?
Our 1-3 day Standard delivery service is available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban.
How does Timeslot delivery work?
You’ll be shown the open timeslots when you checkout, depending on availability.
Generally, the following timeslots are available: 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm, 6pm-8pm. If you’re ordering food, your items can be delivered from the next day onwards, including Sundays.
If you’re ordering fashion, beauty and/or home, your items can be delivered in 3-7 days’ time, excluding Sundays.
Why aren’t the Value and Standard delivery options available for food orders?
To keep our fresh promise, we need to deliver within dedicated timeslots to maintain our world-class standard and keep your food items at the exact right temperature as they travel from our fridge to yours. Our dedicated food delivery network also offers you the choice of a next-day delivery, which costs a bit more.
