CAULIFLOWER FRITTATA BAKE
Mix together 3 teaspoons fennel seeds, 3 teaspoons dried chilli, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Toss with sliced cauliflower and roast until tender. Beat 8 free range eggs, adding 1 cup cream, 1 cup milk and grated Boerenkaas. Season. Pour over roasted cauliflower, dot with goat’s cheese and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.
SAUSAGE AND POTATO BAKE
Crush cooked baby potatoes, then arrange chorizo sausages on top of potato. Top with fresh rosemary then drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Remove, add baby tomatoes and roast for a bit longer, until golden.
CAPE MALAY CURRY BAKE
Drizzle your favourite veggies with olive oil, season and then roast for 20 minutes at 200°C. Remove and add free range chicken thighs. Pour over Easy to Cook Cape Malay Curry Cook-in Sauce. Bake for another 20 to 25 minutes and serve hot with coriander and toasted flaked almonds.
