Greece:

Grill your beef patties to your liking and place on seeded hamburger buns.

Dress with: tzatziki, sliced green tomatoes, crumbled feta and some grated beetroot for a pop of colour and extra texture.

Serve with: Nicola potato chips, seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary and roasted until golden and crunchy.

India:

Pan fry vegetarian patties according to the package instructions. Place on pre-heated naan bread cut to portion size.

Dress with: sliced tomato and a sauce of plain yoghurt flavoured with ground cumin, chilli and ground coriander. A dollop of mango atchar as a finishing touch won’t go amiss.

Serve with: a quick and easy mango lassi made by blending fresh mango and plain yoghurt.

Thailand:

Grill chicken burgers until golden brown and place on seeded hamburger rolls.

Dress with: a spicy Thai salsa made by combining fresh coriander, chopped pineapple, a squeeze of lime juice, a touch of chilli, and a pinch of coconut sugar.

Serve with: a crunchy salad of julienned carrots, cucumber and mange tout, with a dressing of sesame oil, fish sauce, lime juice, fresh mint and brown sugar.

Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and crunch away!

Hawaii:

Grill crumbed chicken breasts according to the package instructions. Before you take them off the heat, place a piece of sliced Gouda on each and let it melt slightly – now place the whole package on a white hamburger roll.

Dress with: a tropical salsa of fresh chopped mango, tomatoes and onion. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and you’re all set!

Serve with: a portion of fresh, crunchy summer salad.
