Easy, cheesy meatballs for the win

We’ve taken the meatball and given it a new spin – by adding lots and lots of cheese. They’re super delicious and so simple to make – say hi to your new weeknight staple.

Easy cheesy meatballs:

For the meatballs, combine 500 g beef mince with 6 chopped sage leaves, 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard, 1 free range egg and 12 crushed cream crackers (crackers bind better than breadcrumbs). Roll the mix into balls and then add a cube of cheese to the centre of each one. Sear the meatballs in a hot pan until browned but not cooked through. Add 1 can Woolworths Cherry Tomatoes to the pan, along with fresh thyme and grated mozzarella and cheddar. Grill until golden and the cheese is bubbly.
