We’ve paired caramelised bananas with our famous Tin Roof Ice Cream to create this sweet, soft, mouth-watering dessert. So, whether you’re taking your own treat to the next level, or wowing guests, this is one affordable combo you won’t want to miss out on.

INGREDIENTS
4 bananas
4 T caster sugar
2 L Woolworths Tin Roof dairy ice cream
280 g Woolworths chocolate sauce
50 g Woolworths Dark Chocolate Coated Whole Almonds
25 g Dry Roasted and Unsalted Almond Nuts, roughly chopped
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Split the bananas lengthways, keeping the skin on. Sprinkle over the caster sugar. Blowtorch the sugar until caramelised. Alternatively, place under a very hot grill.
- To serve, scoop the Tin Roof ice cream onto a platter. Top with the caramelised bananas, drizzle with chocolate sauce and decorate with the nuts.
