Easy 3 ingredient Bircher-muesli style bars

Makes 12
Easy 
Preparation time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 240 g oats
  • 175 g peanut butter of your choice 
  • 1 large ripe banana, smashed

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Press into a lined and greased dish of about 20 cm x 20 cm.
  3. Chill and cut into squares. Best enjoyed on the same day.

Cook’s note: You can add some dark choc chips if you like or instead of bananas use 10 finely chopped dates.

Chopped fruit with peanut butter-and-honey dip

Serves 4
Easy 
Preparation time: 5 minutes 

INGREDIENTS

  • 160 g peanut butter  
  • 2 T honey 
  • 3 T almond milk      

METHOD

  1. Mix together and eat with bananas and chopped apples or your favourite seasonal fruits from Woolworths.
