Update to Dash Delivery Fees

At Woolies, we’re committed to giving our customers exceptional quality and convenience, and we’re pleased that for the past four years we have done this without any increase to our delivery fees. We only adjust our prices when it’s absolutely necessary.

Woolies Dash guarantees freshness, always - we will never compromise on quality. We remain the only retailer with an unbroken cold chain, ensuring the best fresh produce delivered to you and your family. This does, however, come at a cost. Following several years of inflation, we now need to update our delivery fee, to ensure we not only maintain our unrivalled quality and freshness, but also keep elevating your online experience.

From 10 November 2025, the below fees will apply.
