Beef and country vegetable soup with peas and roasted baby potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 x 600 g Beef and country vegetable soup
  • 200 g fresh peas
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 350 g baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Toss the potatoes in the oil and airfry for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  2. Heat the soup, add the peas and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes and serve.
