📌 Ingredients:

  • 300 g Woolworths PlantLove™ Sticky Tofu Pieces
  • 500 g Woolworths Spicy Ramen Noodles
  • 200 g Woolworths Asian Peanut Sauce
  • 2 T Woolworths Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100 g Woolworths Sugar Snap Peas
     

📌 Method:

1. Pan fry the sticky tofu pieces in olive oil until caramelised and golden.

2. Heat the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

3. Toss the hot noodles with the peanut sauce and a splash of hot water to loosen.

4. Top with pan-fried tofu and fresh sugar snap peas. Serve immediately.
