Coffee Q&A
What does 100% Arabica mean?
There are quite a few species of coffee in he world, but only two of them are commercially viable: Robusta and Arabica. Arabica coffee comes from the beans of the Coffee Arabica plant which originated in Ethiopia. Arabica tends to to be sweeter and more delicious and delivers a far more consistent flavour and quality – that's why we use 100% Arabica.
Can you recycle our pods?
Yes, you can! We're proud to say all our aluminium capsules are fully recyclable and come in recyclable packaging too. Aluminium foil protects the quality of our coffee, reduces our plastic packaging consumption and helps to keep the goodness of the coffee inside the capsule, making for an overall better experience. Our coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso machines.
What is organic coffee?
Organic coffee beans are grown with natural fertilisers, maintaining healthy ecosystems and using sustainable methods without sacrificing the premium quality flavours of the beans. If this is important to you, look out for our Eco cert logo on our packs for a delicious coffee experience that's also good for the planet.
How do you choose what coffee to buy?
It depends on what you like. If you prefer a strong bold coffee, look for a coffee that is roasted darker, if you like a lighter, sweeter flavour look for a light/medium roast. Each coffee-producing country has also different tastes so try our unique single origin range.
