Fast, fantastic fish tacos

Ramp up your entertaining game by trying your hand at fish tacos this summer. These babies are quick, delicious and so easy to make, they’re bound to become your new favourite party hack.

Fast fish tacos:

Drop crystal roll wrappers into hot oil and fry until they puff up; remove from the heat, drain and set aside. To make a salsa, combine 2 chopped tomatoes, with 1 small handful of chopped coriander, 2 roughly chopped garlic cloves, 1 diced chilli and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Top the taco crisps with pieces of Woolworths Hot Smoked Trout with black pepper, mustard & dill, salsa, micro herbs, pomegranate rubies and guacamole. Dig in!
