These refreshing smoothies are designed to get you through the day – they’re great as meal replacements when you’re in a rush.
Almond & coffee smoothie
Blend 1 medium fat milk with coffee, 1 banana, 2 tablespoons steel cut wholegrain oats and 1 teaspoon almond butter. Can we get a YUM?
Beetroot & berry smoothie:
Blend 1 cocoa & coconut mini date bar, 1/2 cup cold pressed beetroot juice, ice, a handful of berries, 1/2 small avocado and a handful of baby spinach. Ta da!
