Easy steps to access you Woolies online

Woolworths.co.za listened to thousands of Woolworth’s customers and as a result our shopping experience is simpler, easier and more rewarding than ever.
Of course this also means some changes to the way you access your account. Your integrated profile is now the place where you can truly manage your Woolworths world with everything in one easy place!


To access your account visit the Woolworths website,  find the description relevant to your search on the top left area of the site and follow the easy steps.

  1. If you have a WFS log-in

    • Click 'Log-in/Register' or 'My Account' • You will be taken to the log-in screen where you will see three blocks • Go to the second box, REGISTER WITH A WOOLWORTHS CARD, and enter your card number, ID number or your passport number.

    • Enter the One Time PIN that will be sent to your cell phone number linked to your card.  • Follow the instructions on your screen to connect your account.

  2. If you have a separate WFS log-in

    • Log-in to your account using your normal website login details (i.e. your email address username and your password)
    • Click 'My Account' in the main menu
    • On your profile landing page, click the green block titled FINANCIAL SERVICES
    • Click 'link My Account'
    • Enter your card number or your ID number and the One Time PIN that will be sent to the cellphone number linked to your account

  3. If you have a log-in and WFS product

    • Log-in to your account
    • Click on 'My Account' in the main menu
    • On your profile landing page, click the green block entitled ‘FINANCIAL SERVICES’
    • Click 'link My Account'
    • Enter your card number or your ID number and the One Time PIN that will be sent to the cellphone number linked to your account
