Where can I find my vouchers?
Go to 'Loyalty Hub' > 'Vouchers' under 'Explore Loyalty.'
Do vouchers apply automatically?
No, you must activate them in the app before shopping.
Why wasn't my voucher applied?
It may not have been activated before checkout or had specific ts & cs.
Can I use vouchers without data or Wi-Fi?
Yes, activate them before heading to the store.
Can I use vouchers online and in-store?
Yes unless the voucher specified otherwise.
What if I return an item bought with a voucher?
You'll be refunded the amount paid after the voucher discount. The voucher will not be reinstated.

How do I earn cashback?
Cashback is rewarded through Play & Win games.
Where can I check my cashback balance?
Go to Loyalty Hub > Cashback.
How do I redeem cashback?
You can use it as payment in-store or online.
Is cashback automatically taken off my shop?
No, you must request for the teller to use your cashback for that specific shop.
What if I don't use all my cashback?
Any unused cashback remains in your balance.
Can I use cashback to pay my Woolworths account?
No.

Can I request additional goals?
VIP members can request up to three extra goals per month.
Where can I find my goals?
Go to 'Loyalty Hub> 'Goals' under 'Explore Loyalty.'
Why isn't my goal showing as completed?
There may be a delay, especially for online orders. Orders will update once fulfilled.
