- 2 cups dairy free cultured coconut plain yoghurt
- 250 g strawberry and macadamia granola
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 12 strawberries
- 50 g fresh coconut chunks, thinly sliced
- 100 g pomegranate rubies
- honey, to drizzle

- Spoon the coconut yoghurt into a bowl and top with some granola.
- Spoon some frozen raspberries with their liquid on top of the yoghurt.
- Add a few frozen cranberries and a few strawberry slices.
- Finish the bowl off with some grated coconut and pomegranates. Drizzle with honey.
