The third and last instalment of the How to Train Your Dragon trilogy shows Hiccup and Toothless a year after the events of the last movie. As a result of rescuing captured dragons, their home is becoming overly crowded. Hiccup then decides to find the 'Hidden World' which is a safe haven for dragons. 

Toothless meets and becomes enchanted by a white Night Fury Dragon, but the female flees in fear when Hiccup comes near. Hiccup and Tuffnut then find Grimmel the Grisly dragonhunter's traps to capture Toothless. After a fight with Grimmel, Hiccups home town of Berk is nearly burnt to the ground and he rallies all the citizens to join him on his quest to find the 'Hidden World'.
