From our Patisserie, a moist vanilla flavoured Madeira sponge with layers of raspberry jam, and raspberry and vanilla rose flavoured icing, finished with chipped pistachio.

HOW TO USE

• Remove the cake from the base and dome and place the cake on your desired serving dish.
• To remove the collar, remove the dealing tape and gently peel the collar away, while rotating the cake to minimise smudging.
• Slice using a serrated knife previously dipped in hot water.
