HOW TO USE

• Remove the cake from the base and dome and place the cake on your desired serving dish.
• To remove the collar, remove the sealing tape and gently peel the collare away, while rotating the cake to minimise smudging.
• Slice using a serrated knife previously dipped in hot water.
