Whole side of cold smoked Norwegian salmon, hand-cured with salt and sugar, then rope-hung and oak smoked. Dry aged to deliver an intense smoky aroma and flavour with buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Dry aging is a controlled process of storing salmon in a cool environment with regulated humidity, allowing natural enzymes and moisture loss to enhance its tenderness and deepen its flavour.
HOW TO USE
- Ready to eat
- To ensure you enjoy the delicious flavour of our smoked Norwegian salmon, remove it from the sealed bag at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature for optimum flavour. Slice the side into thin slices and serve as a starter with a soy sauce and sesame oil vinaigrette and chopped spring onions.
