Tacos originated in Mexico and is traditionally made with corn and filled with a choice of meat, chicken, seafood or vegetables topped with salsa and guacamole for a flavourful delicious treat.

HOW TO USE

• For the filling: Minced Beef, Red Onion, Chillies, Olive Oil, Tinned Italian Diced Tomatoes and the Mexican style Taco seasoning.
• For the Guacamole: Avocados, Lime juice, finely minced onion, small chillies and the guacamole seasoning.
• For the Taco Shells: Bake for 6-8 minutes until heated through. Remove from the oven and fill while the shells are still hot.
• To Assemble: Dish the seasoned minced beef into the bottom of each taco shell. Add a tablespoon of guacamole. Add a tablespoon of salsa. Finish off with a sprinkle of Chilli & Lime seasoning and any other toppings of your choice (e.g., shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grated cheese). 
• The Chilli & Lime salt can be sprinkled over mango and pineapple for a delicious side dish.
