HOW TO USE

• Arrange the meats onto a platter. Space out the meat to leave room for the other components. Decorate your platter with small bowls of preserve, olives and tomatoes. Serve with salted or flavoured crackers and slices of crusty Italian bread. Add in pops of colour with fresh fruit such as strawberries, grapes and slice melon.
