Double oak-smoked trout, cured and sliced by hand, with a prawn and avocado mousse and our signature Marie Rose sauce.
HOW TO USE
- Remove the trout wreath from the bag and place face down onto your platter with the board facing upwards. Remove the board slowly.
- Gently run a knife around the inside and outside edges of the layered mousse to release the mousse.
- Lower it onto the trout wreath and allow it to gently release from the mould.
- Spoon the prawn cocktail on the layered mousse. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon, fresh dill fronds and cucumber slices.
- Using a sharp knife, slice into serving portions.
