Our Cold Smoked Trout Slices are traditionally cured in salt and brown sugar. Gently oak smoked to enhance the unique flavour before being expertly sliced.
HOW TO USE
- To ensure you enjoy the delicious flavour of our smoked rainbow trout, remove it from the sealed pouch 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature for optimum flavour. Delicious with a squeeze of lemon, crushed black pepper and a handful of capers.
