Our Christmas Beetroot curing salt is inspired by Scandinavian buried salmon called gravlax. The 'grav part means to 'dig' and the 'lax' means 'salmon'. Fortunately the only burying you have to do is cover salmon in this cure. Beetroot imparts a vivid magenta colour to the side of the salmon.
HOW TO USE
- Recipe sugestion on packaging.
- Serve cured salmon with rye bread or crackers and a homemade mustard sauce.
