Our Christmas Juniper curing salt is inspired by Scandinavian buried salmon called gravlax. The 'grav part means to 'dig' and the 'lax' means 'salmon'. Fortunately the only burying you have to do is cover salmon in this cure. Juniper berries give gin its distinctive flavour and impart a sharp, clean flavour to cured salmon.
HOW TO USE
- Recipe sugestion on packaging.
- Serve cured salmon with rye bread or crackers and a homemade mustard sauce.
