We've especially matured our Christmas Aged Cheese Selection to perfection. The Gouda is matured for a minimum of 30 months and the Cheddar for a minimum of 3 years.

HOW TO USE

• Remove from the fridge at least one hour before serving to allow the full flavour to develop.
