The radish varieties in this blend have been specifically selected to provide a beautiful cross-section of colours and flavours, from mild to robust. Radish can be used both raw and cooked. Thinly sliced in salads they add flavour, interest and colour. As wedges they fit perfectly into a dip selection. Cooked into a healthy stir-fry or pickled they have their won unique charm. Try grating radish into you next soup, or add some diced radish to a stew.
