Angel Hair Pasta, also known as capellini, is characterised by its fine, elegant strands, designed for light, refined sauces. Made from 100% premium durum wheat, it is produced in Corato, in the Puglian region of Southern Italy, by a family‑owned producer established in 1930. Extruded using traditional bronze dies, it has a delicate texture that gently holds sauce, delivering a beautifully balanced and authentic Italian pasta experience.

HOW TO USE

• Cook on the hob for 3 - 5 min or until al dente.
• Serve with delicate, creamy sauces or seafood - based sauces.
