Our Orzo pasta or 'rice grain shaped pasta' is made to a traditional and authentic Italian recipe and made with 100% durum wheat.

• Cook on hob in salted boiling water for 8 min or until al dente. 
• Orzo is ideally used for risotto and in salads. 
• Replace rice with orzo in rice salads. 
• Traditionally added to soups.
• Recipes with heavy cream sauce or meaty sauces will also work with Orzo.
