Our Free Range chicken is specially selected for quality, fully deboned for your convenience, stuffed with our homemade sage and savoury stuffing and based blended for extra succulence and flavour. Our chickens are raised on farms we know and trust and fed a diet free.

HOW TO USE

• Oven bake for 60 minutes
• Braai for 35 minutes

CARVING INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Remove the chicken parcel from the foil tray, then use a pair of kitchen scissors to cut and remove the trussing string.
• Top the chicken parcel with the crispy sprinkle and roast for a further 10 minutes
• Garnish with fresh thyme, then slice the chicken parcel from the centre outward into portions. Serve warm on a beautiful platter and enjoy.
