This Fairview Shiraz is a deep ruby red colour with aromas of dark berry fruit, ripe plum and violets. With a soft velvety mouthfeel, and hints of allspice, cloves and pepper, it has a fresh palate with good weight and structure and pairs well with Woolies' range of Blue mould cheese.
