Our Rogan Josh Curry Paste is inspired by the Kashmiri signature dish, an aromatic curry known for its bold red colour and distinct spices. Our paste is a savoury tomato curry paste with intense spices.

HOW TO USE

• Use with chicken breast fillets lamb pieces
• Once opened, refrigerate, and use within 2 weeks. 
• Oil will separate on standing, stir through before use.

RECIPE SUGGESTION
Rogan Josh

• Serves 2 
• Ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 jar Rogan Josh Paste, 400 g free range boneless lamb cubes, or 600 g free range boneless lamb bone-in, 1 sachet Woolworths concentrated liquid beef stock, mixed with 350 ml boiling water, 1 tbsp double cream plain yoghurt, fresh coriander leaves to garnish, optional.
• Method: Heat a saucepan with oil on medium-high heat, add lamb and fry for 10 minutes, adding paste halfway through cooking time. Lower heat and add stock. Cook for 45 mins with lid half on, stirring regularly. Remove from heat, stir through yoghurt and season to taste. 
• Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice and your choice of poppadoms.
