HOW TO USE

• Slide a knife or small spatula underneath the goat's cheese, transfer to your serving dish. Spoon the fruity compote on top of the cheese.
• Top the cheese with the honeyed pistachios.Add some fresh thyme springs or a drizzle of honey.
