Serve our chunky vegetable soup with freshly chopped herbs.

HOW TO USE

• Melt 60g of butter in a pot on moderate heat.
• Add soup mix and sweat on low heat for 10 minutes.
• Add 2 litres of water and 70ml of Woolworths powdered vegetable or chicken stock to soup mix.
• Boil for 35 minutes with the lid on.
• To thicken the soup you can remove 1/3 of soup, purée it, and add it back to the balance of the soup.
• Season to taste and serve.
• Use in casseroles and in potjies
